- A valid email, phone number, & credit/debit card required.
- No charges will ever be billed except in the case of no showing. A 25% service fee will charged for no-shows 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Some exceptions are acceptable.
- A non-refundable, 20% deposit is required for services over $150 (credited to your appointment total).
